Ingredients (for 1 person)

1 breakfast sausage links, turkey
1 (Each) Van’s lite waffles
1 teaspoon peanut butter, crunchy, reduced fat
6 fluid ounces soy milk, vanilla, light

Preparation:

Cook sausage per package directions
Toast waffles lightly.
Spread with peanut butter.
Serve with a glass of vanilla soy milk.
