1 (Each) buttermilk pancakes, frozen
1 ounce Canadian bacon
? teaspoon honey
1 dashes nutmeg
? cup ricotta cheese, part skim
? cup raspberries, frozen
4 fluid ounces skim milk
Prepare pancakes and Canadian bacon per package directions.
Combine honey, nutmeg and ricotta.
Spread ricotta mix on pancakes and enjoy with a side of Canadian bacon.
Enjoy wih skim milk.
