Ingredients (for 1 person)

2 cups arugula

1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons dates, dried
1 (Each) mint leaves

Toast pine nuts in a non-stick frying pan. Quickly remove from the pan and chop,
Knead the ground beef with the pine nuts, salt, pepper, cinnamon and thyme. Form meat into meatballs.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Add meatballs and cook until golden brown on all sides.
Mix the yogurt with honey, dates, mint, salt and pepper. Toss with arugula.
Place meatballs in pita with tomatoes and arugula.
