Ingredients (for 1 person)
2 ounces whole wheat pasta, ziti, dry
? cup ricotta cheese, part skim
1 dashes nutmeg
1 dash of salt and pepper
1 pinches of oregano
1 Tablespoon egg substitute
? cup tomato sauce
3 Tablespoons mozzarella, part skim milk
Preheat oven top 375?.
Prepare pasta until al dente.
Mix ricotta cheese with nutmeg, salt, pepper, oregano and egg substitute. Fold in tomato sauce.
Mix cheese mixture into pasta.
Pour into a small baking dish and top with mozzarella.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until cheese on top is brown and bubbling.
