Ingredients (for 1 person)
1 teaspoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 pinches of pepper
2 large (each) lettuce Leaves
2 ounces turkey breast (deli counter)
1 teaspoon cranberries, dried
1 teaspoon walnuts, chopped
? cup grapes, red or green
Combine mayonnaise, mustard and pepper.
Spread on lettuce leaves.
Top with turkey, cranberries and walnuts.
Serve snack with grapes.
