Soy Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients (for 1 person)

? (Each) English muffins, wheat
2 teaspoons peanut butter
6 fluid ounces soy milk, vanilla, light
? cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
? cup strawberries, d, fresh
? small (each) bananas
2 ice cubes

Preparation:

Toast English Muffin. Spread with peanut butter.
Place soy milk, yogurt, fruit and 1-2 ice cubes in a blender. Process until smooth.
