Ingredients (for 1 person)
? cup oatmeal, old fashioned, dry
6 fluid ounces soy milk, vanilla, light
? cup pumpkin, ned
1 Tablespoon almonds, ground
? teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
? teaspoon honey
Preparation:
Stir the oats, soy milk, pumpkin, almonds and pumpkin pie spice together in a saucepan; bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes, or until the oatmeal reaches your desired consistency.
Spoon into bowl and drizzle with honey.
