Blueberry Crisp topped with Vanilla Greek Yogurt

Ingredients (for 1 person)

? teaspoon low-fat buttery spread
1? honey graham cracker
? teaspoon brown sugar, packed
? cup blueberries, fresh
? cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
? teaspoon vanilla extract


Melt light butter spread.
Crush graham crackers; combine crumbs with spread and brown sugar. Set aside.
Place blueberries in a small microwave safe bowl. Top with crumb mixture.
Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds or until heated and bubbly.
Combine yogurt with vanilla extract. Spoon over crisp.
