Bean and Tomato Bruschetta


Ingredients (for 1 person)

? cup ned white beans
1 (Each) plum tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons basil, fresh
1 pinches of pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil, extra virgin
1 slice Italian bread, small

Preparation:

Mash beans.
Chop tomatoes and combine with beans, garlic, balsamic, basil, pepper and half of the olive oil.
Brush bread with remaining oil. Toast until lightly brown.
Top toast with bean and tomato mixture.
